Refund policy
Change of Mind Refunds or returns will NOT be offered for change of mind reasons.
Faulty Items
If you have received your order and it is faulty, or damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as within 2 business days of receiving your delivery so we can assess it. Details of the faulty item/s should be sent to: info@renewedlivingstudios.com.au
The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We will work collaboratively with you to find an outcome that you’re happy with. For example, we may arrange to:
▪ Offer a partial or full store credit voucher or refund
▪ Replace the product (subject to availability)
▪ Arrange for the product to be returned to us
In the case that we require the faulty stock to be returned to us we will pay for the cost of the return shipping.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to five business days for your refund to show in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@renewedlivingstudios.com.au
